What is TimeRide2001 ?

TimeRide2001 is a programm specially designed for automatically controlling the system time.

TimeRide2001 will help you using applications that only work in a particular period of time e.g.:

a program that is only working til a certain absolute date
a program that works only a few days after installation
a program that doesn't support a date after 31.12.1999

All these things can be solved by TimeRide2001.

Working with TimeRide2001:

To run an application in a particular range of time - you have to equip it with TimeRide2001.

What happens when the application will be started?

If you start your application - TimeRide2001 starts earlier and sets the system date to the configured date.
The original application program will be started now and makes use of the pretended system time.
You work with the application like you did before.
Depending on the mode you chosen - TimeRide2001 will restore the system date to the original value

How to equip an application with TimeRide2001?

To equip a particular application with TimeRide2001 - you have to start the configuration program. It lets you select the application you want to use. Easily follow the instructions in the program!

Please read the license-agreements of the particular application properly - violate programmers or licence-owners rights is illegal !
Be sure you have a backup of your files !

You can use TimeRide2001 for several applications (also if they are in one directory). You need about 150kB on free diskspace for each application to equip. TimeRide2001 was tested with applications for Windows3.x, Windows9x and some DOS-programs.
